Booking 30 days prior to departure

If you are interested in a boat and wish to reserve it for a short period of time, until you proceed with final booking, you can do so, without any charge or deposit, by simply giving us your details. The reservation period is up to 5 days. If you finally decide not to proceed with the booking within these 5 days, then the boat will be released and become available to other customers. By not proceeding with the booking, you will not be charged with any cancellations fees whatsoever.

If you are interested in instantly booking a boat, you can do so by proceeding with the deposit payment. In case of any cancellation, at any time after the booking and up to the departure date, your deposit will be retained in full.

Booking less than 30 days to departure

If you proceed with a booking in less than 30 days to departure, you have a window of 24 hours to cancel without being charged with any cancellation fees. In case of cancellation after the passing of the 24 hour period, your deposit will be retained in full.

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. Cancelation will be effective on the date at which vyra.com received the cancellation request.

Payment methods

We offer credit card payments and bank transfer. You can choose to pay for the booking either in one or in two installments. That means that you can make your payment in two equal installments of 50% of the full price booking price. The first installment is paid immediately and the second one, at least 30 days prior to departure date.

After booking is completed, you will receive a booking confirmation including your reference number. If you don’t receive the booking confirmation from us, within 36 hours, please do contact us.

Vyra operates under Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Certificate, which ensures safer transactions to its users. You can pay for your booking either via PayPal or Credit/Debit Card. If you choose to pay via credit or debit card, you'll be happy to know that we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

For the time being, we accept euro.

Security Deposit

On bareboat and skippered charters we request you to pay a refundable security deposit, (which varies according to the size of the yachts) at the time of departure.

This can be paid either by credit card or cash. The amount is simply “held” from your credit card and it is released upon the safe return of the yacht and after the end of the inspection by the boat manager.

The security deposit is to cover in the unforeseen event of any minor damages and on the amount over the deductible amount of the insurance of the yacht.
