Overview
In this course, participants will learn to effectively implement sustainable event management practices.
They will identify environmental hotspots and risks in event planning, explore opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains through sustainability initiatives, and develop actionable strategies such as digital-only media, virtual attendance options, and green catering to minimise environmental impact.
By the end of the course, learners will be equipped to integrate sustainability into event operations, engage attendees in eco-friendly practices, and create impactful, environmentally responsible events.
Assessment Criteria
The assessment takes approximately 10 minutes and is graded by percentage. There are 10 multiple choice questions (MCQs) upon completion of four lessons. The certification criteria is 40%, and learners may retake the assessment.
