This course empowers sustainability professionals to effectively engage customers through strategic sustainability initiatives, aligning business practices with global sustainability goals.
Participants will learn to integrate sustainability into customer engagement strategies, fostering a culture of environmental and social responsibility that enhances brand reputation and strengthens stakeholder trust.
By exploring innovative approaches and best practices, learners will gain the tools needed to drive meaningful impact.
Additionally, they will understand how to incorporate customer engagement data into ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) reports to maximise scores and demonstrate their organisation's commitment to sustainable development objectives, establishing themselves as leaders in responsible business practices.
Assessment Criteria
The assessment takes approximately 10 minutes and is graded by percentage. There are 10 multiple choice questions (MCQs) upon completion of four lessons. The certification criteria is 40%, and learners may retake the assessment.
