Earth Day 2024 is a thought-provoking and engaging course designed to celebrate our planet. It dives into the historical significance of Earth Week, spotlighting the 2024 theme, "Planet vs Plastics", to understand the environmental state of our planet in 2024 and the actions we can take to preserve it.
This course offers a comprehensive look into the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 13 (Climate Action), SDG 14 (Life Below Water) and SDG 15 (Life on Land), guiding participants on how both individuals and organisations can contribute meaningfully to these objectives.
By exploring actionable steps for environmental preservation, Earth Day 2024 aims to inspire a collective effort towards a sustainable future and foster a commitment to protecting our planet for future generations.
Assessment Criteria
The assessment takes approximately 10 minutes and is graded by percentage. There are 10 multiple choice questions (MCQs) upon completion of four lessons. The certification criteria is 40%, and learners may retake the assessment.
