As employee engagement in sustainability strategies increasingly correlates with higher retention rates and talent attraction, its absence often ranks poorly in pulse surveys and impacts organisational performance.

Participants will explore effective case studies and best practices for collecting feedback, measuring engagement, and implementing initiatives to foster a culture of sustainability within their organisations.

Assessment Criteria

The assessment takes approximately 10 minutes and is graded by percentage. There are 10 multiple choice questions (MCQs) upon completion of four lessons. The certification criteria is 40%, and learners may retake the assessment.
