Overview
This course aims to empower individuals within businesses to grasp the essentials of food sustainability.
It covers crucial aspects such as global food demand statistics, the international challenges associated with food security, and actionable measures that employees can implement within their organisations to enhance food efficiency.
By equipping participants with this knowledge, the course encourages sustainable practices and supports the development of a more resilient and responsible food system.
Assessment Criteria
The assessment takes approximately 10 minutes and is graded by percentage. There are 10 multiple choice questions (MCQs) upon completion of four lessons. The certification criteria is 40%, and learners may retake the assessment.
